Maxwise Macau is a real estate brand in Macau that specializes in home, shop and parking sale and rent. The initial of the brand M in English and "明" in Chinese are incorporated into the mark.  The main part of the design was to make it all look like a property.

The project also includes advertisement design in both print and digital.
