SO, stands for Special Order. Every SO Insert Bag is handcrafted with a new or vintage scarf, and each scarf has its own story. When you choose the scarf, its story or art says a little bit about yourself. That is why each Insert Bag is a “SPECIAL ORDER”, as it is specially made for you or your loved one.

With Shopify, we customized an e-commerce platform to provide their customers with a classy experience showcasing their beautiful insert bags, while also allowing customers to order customed insert bags from picking the scarf, to selecting the color and materials. We delivered a website that engages customers with a user-friendly interface and a loyalty reward system. We also helped with content writing and created illustrations in giving a classy touch to the website.
